various support services to families with special needs. These
services involve working with multi-agencies that have
responsibilities and resources that would support these families.
Care Coordinators could have more than 50 families on their case
load, driving more than 20,000 miles or more, transporting families
for specialized medical, social, or educational appointments. Care
Coordinators are the backbone of the Agency’s Special Education
Program.
